A Golf Social Media Marketing Rant
Every now and again I just have to give my head a shake on what is or is not happening in the golf industry, especially when it involves social media and social marketing. Baffle


It pains us to see how great companies trip up their marketing efforts on social media by either not engaging their community, or not building a community, or cheaping out on their visual and integrated presence online. Please Please Please make your online appearance equal to the greatness of your product or service that you are selling. Wink

Online social platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Linkedin, Google+ and social-mediaBlogging are major components to a successful online marketing strategy. Search engines (Google in particular) index news and other fresh content that is generated by these conversations. The challenge lies in harnessing the massive potential for revenue that social media offers. If a social strategy is done right then you as a business can tap this potential windfall.
