Observing without Evaluating

“To observe without evaluating is the highest form of intelligence.” -Jiddu Krishnamurti  ….

If this is the definition of ‘intelligence,’ then this Stanford graduate is at the bottom of the ‘intelligence ladder.’  I have been a ‘professional judger’ in every sense of the word … ‘good/bad,’ ‘right/wrong,’ ‘black/white,’ etc …

Funny, golf has a way leading us down that road, evaluations and judgments are pervasive… the ‘mind chatter’ or the ‘voice in the head’ goes on and on and on…  ad infinitum! …

How do we allow this ‘voice in the head’ to just ‘be?’  Stopping it is a useless quest … it is not ‘us!’

The ‘voice’ is something outside of us, we do not have to own it, and therefore, it does not own us!
